About Us

I am just a girl trying to grow her small balloon business with the support of her little village behind her. At Balloon Bestie AZ, our mission is to spread joy and create core memories through our party rentals and services. We are a daughter & mom team of attentive individuals who are sincerely dedicated to bringing smiles to our clients' faces. We are grateful for the opportunity to brighten up any occasion and inspire happiness in all those who encounter our creations.

We specialize in small party services such as table/chair rentals and decoration and balloon/backdrop designing.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 2 days prior to event.

Both parties will be required to sign a virtual contract and provide photo ID day of event prior to set up.

Clients are entitled to a 50% refund of deposit if they chose to cancel within 14 days of event, cancellation after the 14 day period will result in loss of deposit.

Client is responsible for any damages or loses to rental equipment.

Balloon arch hoops must be under covered area for proper installation.

Setup’s in 90+ weather must be in shaded area or indoors (balloons will pop in excseeive heat there will be no refunds or adjustments after i leave location)

Same day pick up fee will be applied to bookings with rental equipemnt at parks, hotels, venues, etc.)

Order amount is subject to change based on custom add on’s, delivery fee changes, express shipping fee’s, taxes, etc.
